Substitution Policy
Our aim is to always provide 100% satisfaction.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement or gift basket due to change of season and availability of products and containers.
Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only.

To maintain the appearance and spirit of the arrangement or gift basket, we follow these substitution guidelines:

• Care is taken to maintain the style and colour scheme of the arrangement. Colours and products will be matched as close as possible to the image, using flowers and products of equal value.
   
• Images display flowers in full bloom; however we try to use flowers which are still in bud to ensure the freshness and longevity of the arrangement.
